Dr. Stacey Schmidt

I am the Superintendent of Porter Township Schools. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Olivet Nazarene University in Elementary Education, a Master’s Degree from Purdue University in Elementary Administration and Supervision, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Leadership. I have shared my life with my husband, Rich, since 1996. He pastors Living Hope Community Church in Valparaiso. We have twin sons, David and Jonathan. We enjoy playing with our sons, reading, playing games, renovating our house, and playing with our dogs Elle and Em in our spare time.
